Ricochehost has been hosting websites since 2001. The Premium Blog hosting package is geared towards blogs and thus we do not offer all of the "fluff" that most other hosting providers offer. This allows us to provide more specific support for WordPress, Plugins, and Marketing. If you require certain resources for your website, please contact beforehand to ensure we can provide what you require.

The Fine Print
What you need to know before signing up.
Please read the following guidelines carefully. All inquiries are accepted about the guidelines stated below. We always encourage you to ask as it might be something we can easily fix or help you point in the right direction even if we do not support the specific task. Note that we are a small company with a LOT of blogs so the guidelines implemented below are mainly for that reason. We just don't have enough time or manpower to attend to every little detail outside our basic offering. If you have any additional questions, please contact us anytime and we'll respond within 24 hours or sooner.
Important Guidelines:
- All prices are annual based subscriptions. The price covers the cost of hosting, support, wordpress updates, theme updates, plugin updates, and domain renewals.
- There is a minimum $50 non-refundable fee if you cancel after initial signup within the first six months.
- Not all Plugins may work with the latest WordPress or all Themes.
- Clients are responsible for monitoring future updates for Wordpress, Themes, and Plugins.
- We do not support Beta Wordpress, Themes, or Plugin releases.
- We also do not support plugins installed other than the ones listed on this page.
* Per our subscription agreement with WooThemes you are leasing one copy of any WooThemes template for as long as you maintain active, current account with Jim Atwood at Ricochehost.com. If you choose to cancel your account and move your blog hosting you must either stop using the WooThemes theme or purchase a copy from WooThemes.com

Subscriptions are created and monitored using Paypal. You can cancel anytime by simply cancelling the subscription from within your Paypal account. We will refund "prorated" the amount equal to the unused portion of your subscription with one exception. As stated in the guidelines above, if you cancel within the first six months we will charge a non-refundable fee of $50.00 to cover setup costs. Cancelling after 6 months results in a FREE setup fee.
